Gurugram : Realty developer Signature Global has awarded construction contracts worth Rs 920 crore for its premium residential project, Sarvam at DXP Estate, in Sector 37D along the Dwarka Expressway in Gurugram.
The company said the contracts have been equally divided between KEC International Limited and NCC Limited, with each firm receiving work valued at Rs 460 crore.
Under the agreement, KEC International will construct six residential towers, while NCC Limited will develop five towers. The project will comprise 1,798 residential units across approximately 5 million square feet of development area. Construction is expected to begin by the end of the third quarter of FY27, with both contractors scheduled to complete their respective works within 36 months.
Commenting on the development, Signature Global Founder and Chairman Pradeep Aggarwal said the award of the contracts marks a significant milestone in bringing the company’s vision for Sarvam at DXP Estate to life.
“By partnering with experienced and reputed construction companies such as KEC International and NCC, we are laying a strong foundation for delivering a project that reflects the highest standards of engineering, execution and sustainability,” Aggarwal said.
Spread over 13.55 acres, the project will offer 3 and 4 BHK residences and has been designed as a wellness-focused, Vastu-conscious and IGBC Platinum-certified development. The company said the project incorporates sustainable planning features, including landscaped open spaces, natural lighting and cross-ventilation.
Sarvam at DXP Estate will also feature a curated lifestyle ecosystem through a partnership with Ileseum Clubs. Residents will have access to wellness, fitness and recreational facilities through collaborations with brands such as Tatva Spa, Michael Phelps Swimming Academy, Matrix Dance Academy and Ajivasan Music Academy.
The project enjoys connectivity to Delhi, IGI Airport, Cyber City and other major commercial hubs via the Dwarka Expressway.
